Is There a Word from the Lord? (Jeremiah 37:16-17)

Jeremiah was one of the greatest prophets in the OT. He was known as the weeping prophet because he wept over his nation. Would to God we had people weeping over America today.

I believe there is a word from God for our day, as well. A word from God is important. Jesus spoke with authority. There was power in his words. At his word the wind and waves were stilled, the lame walked, and the dead arose. At his word, lives were transformed, changed and touched.

This is the same Word we hold in our hands today.

Is there a word from God today?

  1. THERE IS A WORD FROM GOD FOR OUR COUNTRY –
  2. THERE IS A WORD FROM GOD FOR THE CHURCH –

What is the word of God for the church today?

It’s time to –

  1. THERE IS A WORD FOR THOSE WITHOUT CHRIST –

“He that hears my word and believes on him that sent me has everlasting life and shall never come into condemnation, but is passed from death to life.” John 5:24
