A Happy Father’s Day (Psalm 128)
The Bible presents the principles, models and examples of how a father is intended to be (what God wants a father to be) Something for us to strive for:
- Pay attention to Your Faith
It is the father who sets the example. It is the father who moves in the direction of faith for himself and for his family.
Through His love for the Lord –
Through his life for the Lord – - Pay Attention to Your Family.
Is there anything that gets closer to your heart than children? - Pay attention to Your Future.
verse 6 it says, “Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children, and peace upon Isreal.”
It’s saying, “May you live to enjoy your grandchildren.”
Every child needs two fathers.
You need an earthly father and you also need a heavenly Father.
