In the World you Will have Trouble

In the World you Will have Trouble

John 16:33

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

When trouble comes, go to the cross

Going to the cross means going to God’s word

At the cross

We see God loves us

Though this may not be a consoling thought in your particular time of trouble

It might not matter at that time, but it does matter for an eternity

God allows freedom, but maintains control

God can the “worse” for eternal good

It may not seem or feel like it, but God uses the worst things in our lives for good

God took the crucifiction of His son, the worst thing possible; we would not have salvation, the best thing for all of humanity

God will take the worst things in your life and turn them into good, if you will just give Him your heart.
