Learning to Enjoy Your Salvation

Learning to Enjoy Your Salvation

Isaiah 43:1-7

1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.3 For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.s5 Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

For some reason, we equate frowns with spirituality.  Many allow the troubles of life, the insensitivity of other people’s personal misunderstandings to undermine their joy.  It’s as if we have forgotten what God has done for them.

You can enjoy your salvation

By remember our past

Redemption – God has redeemed us

Renewal – God has called us by name

Reception – God tells us we are His

By remembering His Provisions

There is no possible way that God will fail to provide what He has promised us

He gave mana to the Israelites

He fed the 5,000

There are several reasons we can count on God

He is faithful

He is always near us

By remembering His Promises

There will be a Gathering

One day, Jesus will return and receive us unto Himself

Be ready

On fire for Jesus

Be looking

He could come back at anytime

Be telling somebody about Jesus

Telling the world about Jesus

Somebody should be doing something to tell someone about Jesus

There will be Glory

We are Heaven Bound

We will be Glorified

We will see Him and be with Him forever

Our world is full of trials and tribulations

Heaven will be filled with praise and worship

God saved us in the past

He has provided for us in the present

He will glorify us in the future

Are you enjoying your salvation?
